PT Delcon Sinergi Nusantara is a diversified holding company overseeing strategic subsidiaries within Indonesia’s mining and infrastructure sectors. The Morowali project is currently being implemented through an operational cooperation with KOPERMAS HUTBUN Sukamaju, formalized under a Cooperation Agreement between PT Delcon Prima Nusa and KOPERMAS HUTBUN Sukamaju, Agreement No. 180/PK/KOPHUTBUNSUKAMAJUDPN/VII/2025 dated 4 July 2025. This partnership serves as the foundation for local engagement and the initial development of mining infrastructure access. In line with the Group’s medium and long term strategic roadmap, the Morowali project will subsequently be continued and further optimized through a dedicated subsidiary, PT Delcon Infra Tambang, to maximize business potential and internal synergies across the Delcon Group. Through this entity, Delcon Group will lead the integrated development and management of key mining infrastructure, including hauling roads, stockpiles, and export jetties. Looking ahead, Delcon Group aims to establish a mining-focused business conglomeration, encompassing mining asset management, mining contracting services, mineral trading, and logistics infrastructure development. This integrated approach is designed to strengthen Delcon Group’s position as a comprehensive mining infrastructure developer and a key enabler within Indonesia’s nickel supply chain, particularly in the Morowal
